Two weeks ago → Google ADK → the global standard

Two weeks ago to the day, I started exploring agents through the Google ADK — the global standard. I could spend the time building one Square app to production and try to sell it… or I could build a Factory — an agent-based Factory that, once completed, could build any app I wanted and bring it to market.

Status (this was me two hours ago): The Factory’s pretty much finished. Now what am I gonna do? First, I’ll use the Factory to build the Head Office — and fill it with the best of the agents. The marketing department and the financial guys might speak a bit weird at first, but give them a few hours of training — they’ll be fine.

Once that’s done, the Factory will build the rest of SQUARED² — and we’ll keep adding to it and adding to it and adding to it. SQUARED² is ready, with some unique, in-the-field properties that solve real problems, from what I’ve read and researched.

Multi-person chat, safe space, real decisions

• Multi-person in a chat: Speak directly to different agents, get opinions, discuss ideas, and walk through forecasts before you decide.
• Audit & trace: Once you decide, the loop is fully audited and safely stored.
• Google gold standard: OAuth, GSM, and Google’s architecture end-to-end.
• Self-replicating: The Factory can find its own connections securely.
• Risk checks: For risky calls, it queries up to three separate LLMs. In my view, that’s probably safer than asking humans.
• Human in the loop: This human makes the final decision.
